After having played for 88 minutes, Matías da Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boiacu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matías da Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Boiacu's Gernando Berger got a free kick in the 89th minute. Dorian Pereiras short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Durval Machado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Mombuca SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Boiacu.
