After a rather tough play, Largao FC's Igor Mello got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Enéas Pena fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ivolandia's protests and gave Enéas Pena a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute of the match Mazinho Figueiredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arlindo Dias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arlindo Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Arlindo Dias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enéas Pena went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Ivolandia's Glauco Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arlindo Dias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Arlindo Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the game, Enéas Pena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Arlindo Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Glauco Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Dias having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enéas Pena to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Enéas Pena put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Arlindo Dias. A collision led to Ivolandia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rodolfo Valle hit a great ball. Charles das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Artur Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Marcel Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodolfo Valle took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arlindo Dias. Arlindo Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 66 minutes into the match, Ivolandia's goal looked a bit too open when Charles das Neves came free, but Artur Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Charles das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Ivolandia's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Mello came free, but Artur Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivolandia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
