Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Simão Fernandez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Víktor Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Mesquita in the 4th minute of the match. Iurie Velicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Fernandez in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Antônio Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Holy Swan's Simão Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 12th play minutes Eusébio Mesquita shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Víktor Cardozo and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 15th minute Eusébio Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Víktor Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, F.C. Holy Swan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernani Maia to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Eusébio Mesquita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Víktor Cardozo. F.C. Holy Swan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusébio Mesquita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Víktor Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Galvão in the 24th minute of play. Simão Fernandez hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Antônio Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Clube Paulista's supporters rose to their feet, but Antônio Galvão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Víktor Cardozo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Víktor Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Víktor Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Bastiaro in the 32nd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Eusébio Mesquita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Víktor Cardozo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Mesquita in the 44th minute of play forced F.C. Holy Swan's goalkeeper Víktor Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Holy Swan's zone, Eusébio Mesquita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Víktor Cardozo came out of the goal and Eusébio Mesquita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute, Simão Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antônio Galvão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusébio Mesquita to make the kick off. The supporters of Sporting Clube Paulista booed when F.C. Holy Swan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Mesquita in the 58th minute of play forced F.C. Holy Swan's goalkeeper Víktor Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, F.C. Holy Swan's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Mesquita came free, but Víktor Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Eusébio Mesquita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Holy Swan's Víktor Cardozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusébio Mesquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Víktor Cardozo having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Sporting Clube Paulista's Eusébio Mesquita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Víktor Cardozo. Víktor Cardozo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Eusébio Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Víktor Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Víktor Cardozo was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Eusébio Mesquita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eusébio Mesquita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The supporters of Sporting Clube Paulista booed when F.C. Holy Swan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Charles Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C. Holy Swan's Víktor Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Mesquita in the 93rd minute of play. Víktor Cardozo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusébio Mesquita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 94 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Clube Paulista left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C. Holy Swan.
