No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamim Tinoco to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Chaves got free with Conrado Mello in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robinho Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Conrado Mello was a little too slow when Rubinho Matos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-1.
