After a rather tough play, Bananeira's Edmundo Prado got a free kick in the 31st minute. A collision led to Bananeira getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Thomás Guerra hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Bananeira's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Souza came free, but Matheus Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josué Penha hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Kephentora were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luizão Souza made a kick off. Matheus Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Luizão Souza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matheus Catarinense, 0-3.
