Doni de Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Doni de Castro hit a great ball. After the first half Ronaldinho soccer 10 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, Ronaldinho soccer 10's Tolek Japola threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erik Alagoano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 94th match minute, Ronaldinho soccer 10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frédson Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldinho soccer 10's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
