Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roberto Brasil made the kick off which started today's match. Jaime Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Paraíba in the 5th minute of play. If Richard Caluwé had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Caluwé, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Caluwé's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Brodel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Richard Caluwé's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Brodel was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Brasil Sports Football's Eduardo Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Caluwé in the 23rd minute of play. Jailson Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jailson Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Brasil Sports Football getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jailson Dias hit a great ball. Eduardo Brodel came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Tottenham Hotspur F.C.'s Richard Caluwé. But to his dismay, Richard Caluwé quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, José Paulo Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tottenham Hotspur F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but José Paulo Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tottenham Hotspur F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eulalio Claus hit a great ball. Jaime Sampaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamim Paraíba in the 35th minute. José Paulo Saldanha hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Amauri Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Caluwé was the one to do the kick off. Jardel Alves made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tottenham Hotspur F.C.'s Amauri Gomes. When Jailson Dias was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Brasil Sports Football's Jailson Dias got a free kick in the 70th minute. Richard Caluwé received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Eduardo Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brasil Sports Football's Eduardo Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Brasil Sports Football from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Caluwé in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brasil Sports Football's Eduardo Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Caluwé in the 86th minute of play. Eulalio Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Eduardo Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamim Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Sampaio having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Roberto Brasil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brasil Sports Football's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tottenham Hotspur F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brasil Sports Football's Roberto Brasil got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, José Paulo Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eulalio Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tottenham Hotspur F.C. played a much better game than Brasil Sports Football and deserved their victory. The Brasil Sports Football players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
