In the 7th minute, one of Manha SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manha SS. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Aldeola FC. Frank de Salles stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Diego Matorin. 1-0. Diego Matorin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Gustavo Luz in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Trigo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maicon Arce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raí Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Arce having to interfere. If Luís Gustavo Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Gustavo Luz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Manha SS's keeper Diego Matorin was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The audience was convinced that Fabrício Trigo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maicon Arce was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Raí Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilvan Valladares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manha SS's Diego Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Luz in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Lúcio Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Fabrício Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maicon Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Gilvan Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Fabrício Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manha SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Arce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maicon Arce was a little too slow when Fabrício Trigo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-1. After 72 played minutes Aldeola FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Barreto. Raí Tande charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raí Tande the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabrício Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Arce having to interfere. Diego Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilvan Valladares, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Manha SS's goal looked a bit too open when Gilvan Valladares came free, but Diego Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilvan Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Manha SS's zone, Gilvan Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Matorin came out of the goal and Gilvan Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manha SS were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
