Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cacá Cordeiro kicked off to start the match. David Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Álvaro Paraibano's late challenge caught a Balneario's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wesley Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th match minute, Balneario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Cacá Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Herlea in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Balneario's Alfredo Vale got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Marcos Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Cruz having to interfere. Alin Herlea struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. David Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joe Bartus FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Seco in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Cruz saved Balneario from getting behind. A collision led to Balneario getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dé Ferraz hit a great ball. When Joe Bartus FC's Marcos Seco in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balneario's goalie prevented a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Balneario's goal looked a bit too open when Alin Herlea came free, but David Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Balneario's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Seco came free, but David Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balneario's David Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alin Herlea in the 44th minute of play. The Balneario players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Joe Bartus FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Seco to make the kick off. Wesley Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anísio Rodrigues having to interfere. Edmundo Arósio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute Wesley Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anísio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Joe Bartus FC's Alin Herlea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Cruz. David Cruz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Marcos Secos short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got David Cruz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Anísio Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 70th minute, Marcos Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anísio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th match minute, Joe Bartus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but David Cruz made a huge save. After having played for 86 minutes, Alin Herlea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joe Bartus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Herlea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Joe Bartus FC's Edmundo Arósio got a free kick in the 89th minute. Cacá Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Balneario's zone, Alin Herlea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Cruz came out of the goal and Alin Herlea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Joe Bartus FC's Marcos Seco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Cruz. That made the score 0-3 after 94 minutes of play. When the match was over Joe Bartus FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Balneario throughout the match.
