With a left leg Abelardo Bastos saved Extracao from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Extracao's zone, Ivo Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Bastos came out of the goal and Ivo Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valdemar Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Rafinha Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Wellington Gaspar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Ivo Rodrigues took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Abelardo Bastos to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wellington Gaspar got free with Abelardo Bastos in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee gave OxySh0w F.C. a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by João Francisco Félix, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Extracao's Abelardo Bastos. 2-0. In the 47th minute, Oséias Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Valdemar Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseu Guimarães made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Pedro Brito in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Bastos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Zé Pedro Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eliseu Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ivo Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wellington Gaspar took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Bastos. Abelardo Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Valdemar Vieira made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Rafinha Pena sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd match minute, Extracao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseu Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Aloísio Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Valdemar Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute, Ivo Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Bastos was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
