The tension between the Esportivo and the GIU.F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cauã Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Eliseu Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeca Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Eliseu Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Valério de Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. The wind increased when Valério de Souza made the kick off in the second half.
