Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Matheus Alves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Glauco de Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Matheus Alves made a huge save. Basílio Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Matheus Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Glauco de Queiroz in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mengão Quântico F.C.'s zone, Arnaldo Saraiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Alves came out of the goal and Arnaldo Saraiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Arnaldo Saraiva fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 29 minutes, Glauco de Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lafacity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Glauco de Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Matheus Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glauco de Queiroz in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matheus Alves, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Glauco de Queiroz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matheus Alves having to make a save. Matheus Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Saraiva in the 40th minute of the match. Carlos Fernando Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Alves having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reynaldo da Cunha to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Saraiva in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matheus Alves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Virgílio Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Saraiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Alves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaldo Saraiva ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnaldo Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Saraiva in the 81st minute of the match. Matheus Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Saraiva in the 91st minute of the match. Rogério Lopez's late challenge caught a Lafacity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogério Lopez helped the player get up and apologised. Rogério Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Saraiva in the 95th minute of play forced Mengão Quântico F.C.'s goalkeeper Matheus Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauco de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Matheus Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lafacity walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
