Spectators: 7074 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Cajazeiras's Remicio Fouillioux started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Jânio Baiano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eustaquio Erruki, passed just outside the right post. Wilian Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Cajazeiras's Henrique Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 25 minutes into the game, Henrique Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Daniel Pinheiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. CELTIC's Ernesto Correia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eustaquio Erruki but with some difficulty. When Remicio Fouillioux came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cajazeiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remicio Fouillioux couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Ronaldinho Rezende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remicio Fouillioux in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Cajazeiras were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Wilian Vander made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Wilian Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Erruki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustaquio Erruki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 64 played minutes CELTIC got a freekick which was hit by Wilian Vander. 65 minutes into the match, CELTIC's goal looked a bit too open when Remicio Fouillioux came free, but Daniel Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remicio Fouillioux in the 67th minute of play forced CELTIC's goalkeeper Daniel Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Santos in the 72nd minute. Nico Furlan got a throw-in 73 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dé de Castro. Daniel Pinheiro was a little too slow when Remicio Fouillioux got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. 80 minutes into the match, CELTIC's goalkeeper Daniel Pinheiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Santos. After 87 played minutes Cajazeiras got a freekick which was hit by Raul Ritchie. Henrique Santos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 95th playminute. Cajazeiras's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
