Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Elder de Sena made the kick off and thus started the match. João Paulo Machado came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Chulé de Cobra's Loco Abreu. But to his dismay, Loco Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Barral in the 10th minute of play forced Chulé de Cobra's goalkeeper Raphaël Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Chulé de Cobra got a freekick which was hit by Erik Skarkman. 13 minutes into the match, Elder de Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Paulo Machado. Romualdo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elder de Sena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. João Paulo Machado came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Chulé de Cobra's Elder de Sena. But to his dismay, Elder de Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Abreu in the 20th minute of play forced Romualdo's goalkeeper João Paulo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elder de Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Paulo Machado having to make a save. João Paulo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Vinhas in the 25th minute of play. Chulé de Cobra's Raphaël Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Lima in the 27th minute of play. Leonardo Miranda took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Paulo Machado. João Paulo Machado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Romualdo's zone, Elder de Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Machado came out of the goal and Elder de Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th match minute, Chulé de Cobra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Recife to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Elder de Sena put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of João Paulo Machado. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvinho Barral was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Elder de Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chulé de Cobra's supporters rose to their feet, but Elder de Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Paulo Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute, Elder de Sena made a precise shot to the right of João Paulo Machado. Romualdo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Elder de Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Paulo Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. João Paulo Machado came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Chulé de Cobra's Loco Abreu. But to his dismay, Loco Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 83rd minute, Elder de Sena made a precise shot to the right of João Paulo Machado. Romualdo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Ezequiel de Medeiros charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ezequiel de Medeiros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Ezequiel de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Abreu in the 89th minute of play forced Romualdo's goalkeeper João Paulo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Simão Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elder de Sena got free with João Paulo Machado in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Loco Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chulé de Cobra's supporters rose to their feet, but Loco Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Paulo Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Romualdo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chulé de Cobra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
