Dorival Esteves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Terra went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute of the match Wiliam Aguiar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorival Esteves skillfully saved the ball. Beira Rio Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
