The referee ignored Gold Roaring Lions's protests and gave Willian Antunes a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Cerezo in the 89th minute of play forced Atlético de Indaial's goalkeeper Josué Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gold Roaring Lions booed when Atlético de Indaial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball.
