Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Natercia's Válter Rosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Válter Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Natercia's supporters rose to their feet, but Válter Rosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilton Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Válter Rosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Válter Rosa took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diamantino Vidal. Diamantino Vidal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Edgard Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jarbas Pitta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Natercia's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarbas Pitta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Natercia booed when Sapicoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wesley Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Válter Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diamantino Vidal was a little too slow when Válter Rosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. Telmo de Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Telmo de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nilton Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sapicoa's Hugo Fontes got a free kick in the 47th minute.

If Pedro Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Válter Rosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diamantino Vidal was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After having played for 60 minutes, Válter Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Natercia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válter Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diamantino Vidal came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Natercia's Válter Rosa. But to his dismay, Válter Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válter Rosa in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diamantino Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute, Enéas Dionísio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes Natercia got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Luz. Diamantino Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válter Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Laerte de Senna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilton Toledo came out and tried to block the shot, but Laerte de Senna slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 92nd minute. 98 minutes into the game, Natercia's Pedro Brito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1.
