Valdemar Custódio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Diamantino Vidal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Diamantino Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The attack was good, but when Valdemar Custódio in the 42nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Carlos Augusto Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Valdemar Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Diamantino Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
