Marcinho Carioca was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Jefferson Arce capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jefferson Arce really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Dedé Reis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerração Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedé Reis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcinho Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Reis in the 23rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Marcinho Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Reis in the 83rd minute of the match. Dedé Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Carioca having to interfere.
