Wei Jun Feng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Célio Secco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Titanium Sport Clube's Patrício Pitta got control of the ball when Wilson Negri tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Quitimbu SC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marco Diniz hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Simeon Gatchis notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Quitimbu SC's Célio Secco. Célio Secco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Wei Jun Feng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Titanium Sport Clube's Wei Jun Feng got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wei Jun Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simeon Gatchis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Célio Secco having to interfere. Simeon Gatchis struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Célio Secco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titanium Sport Clube. Wei Jun Feng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Célio Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emílio Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Titanium Sport Clube's Patrício Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emílio Gonçalves in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Gonçalves in the 71st minute of play forced Titanium Sport Clube's goalkeeper Patrício Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Titanium Sport Clube walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
