After 13 played minutes Delta Force AC got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Medeiros. Cristian Ramalho hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. With a little luck, redb's Rubinho Romero got control of the ball when Betinho Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Betinho Medeiros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rubinho Romero came out and tried to block the shot, but Betinho Medeiros slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 22nd minute. Betinho Medeiros succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 33rd playminute. Xamín Artaza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oswaldo Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Wilson Peixoto hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Delta Force AC's Xamín Artaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Donato in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doriva Sarmento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sandro Soeiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rubinho Romero. redb's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Doriva Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Rubinho Romero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delta Force AC. Rubinho Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sarmento in the 65th minute of the match. Delta Force AC's Natã de Brito got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Natã de Brito off the ground. In the 71st minute, Cristian Ramalho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xamín Artaza. The goal made the score 3-2. Ronaldo Hermes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Donato got free with Xamín Artaza in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Delta Force AC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luciano Donato fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 83 minutes of play, Delta Force AC's Betinho Medeiros made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rubinho Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as redb's Leandro dos Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xamín Artaza. That made the score 4-3 after 86 minutes of play. With a little luck, Delta Force AC's Xamín Artaza got control of the ball when Oswaldo Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Luís Paraense lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Delta Force AC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of redb:s goal. In the 96th minute, Leandro dos Santos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Xamín Artaza made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Luciano Donato sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, Delta Force AC could leave the field as winners, despite redb having more of the ball for most of the match.
