Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tauariazinho's Manfredo Linares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Manfredo Linares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tauariazinho and the Rendinha SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Faustão Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jonas Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tauariazinho's zone, Hermínio Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Cerezo came out of the goal and Hermínio Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faustão Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 17 minutes, Faustão Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rendinha SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustão Arósio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Tauariazinho's goal looked a bit too open when Faustão Arósio came free, but Jonas Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Luiz Abraão hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Diogo Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Linares in the 25th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manfredo Linares in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Leal in the 89th minute of play.
