Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Manuel Madureira made the kick off which started today's match. Hélio Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. A collision led to Dragons getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hélio Aguiar hit a great ball. Conrado Prata, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Madureira in the 6th minute of play forced Dragons's goalkeeper Osvaldo Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragons's Flávio Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Red Bull Brasil's Manuel Madureira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osvaldo Alves. Osvaldo Alves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ronaldinho Costa made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 22ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Osvaldo Alves would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Ronaldinho Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Alves having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Madureira in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Alves saved Dragons from getting behind. After 30 minutes, André Luís Breckenfeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dragons and the Red Bull Brasil players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, André Luís Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Madureira in the 33rd minute of play. André Luís Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. With a little luck, Dragons's Osvaldo Alves got control of the ball when Ronaldinho Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dragons's zone, Manuel Madureira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Alves came out of the goal and Manuel Madureira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Dragons's Gabriel Vidal got a free kick in the 44th minute. Conrado Prata hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Vidal was the one to do the kick off. Osvaldo Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldão Sarmento's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Joel Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fábio Pombal scored 2-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Alves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dragons's Osvaldo Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Madureira in the 63rd minute of play. If Ronaldinho Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Madureira in the 65th minute of play. Red Bull Brasil's Ronaldinho Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Manuel Madureira notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Dragons's Osvaldo Alves. Osvaldo Alves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Dragons's zone, Ronaldinho Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Alves came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th match minute, Red Bull Brasil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Madureira to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragons's Gabriel Vidal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruninho Lopez. That made the score 3-1 after 86 minutes of play. Osvaldo Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Madureira in the 91st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Red Bull Brasil had played much better football throughout.
