Ture Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jailson de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Frank Peixoto came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Exploda a Rede F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Peixoto couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Exploda a Rede F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Décio de Azevedo came free, but Jailson de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urubu Tijuco MG's Décio de Azevedo suffered a concussion after 21 minutes and had to leave the field. After 21 minutes, Víktor Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Exploda a Rede F.C. and the Urubu Tijuco MG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Víktor Faria hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Zacarias Pernambucano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Exploda a Rede F.C.'s zone, Mané dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jailson de Azevedo came out of the goal and Mané dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mané dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jailson de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, 秦云扬 had to leave the field with a concussion. After 34 minutes, Frank Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Exploda a Rede F.C. and the Urubu Tijuco MG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ture Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson de Azevedo having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Branco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Exploda a Rede F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Urubu Tijuco MG the free kick. Cido Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson de Azevedo having to interfere. Cido Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cauã Catarinense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eriberto Toscano. Urubu Tijuco MG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ture Larsson to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Urubu Tijuco MG got a freekick which was hit by Iuri Mota. Zé Augusto Soeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Eriberto Toscano made a huge save. In the 65th minute Zacarias Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Soeiro in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Cido Branco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urubu Tijuco MG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Exploda a Rede F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Urubu Tijuco MG's Cido Branco got a free kick in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Exploda a Rede F.C.'s Frank Peixoto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Toscano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Exploda a Rede F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ture Larsson came free, but Jailson de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Exploda a Rede F.C.'s Zé Augusto Soeiro got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Iuri Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Víktor Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Urubu Tijuco MG were the better team. Urubu Tijuco MG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
