After a rather tough play, Bolicho SS's Jarbas Fonseca got a free kick in the 9th minute. With his leg Pedro Luiz Paulista managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Vieiras FC's Evaristo França fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Nando Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruninho Mangueira in the 20th minute of the match. Evaristo França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Pedro Luiz Paulista made a huge save. Pedro Luiz Paulista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nando Barreto went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Bolicho SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vieiras FC:s goal. After a rather tough play, Vieiras FC's Christian Garcia got a free kick in the 41st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo França got free with Pedro Luiz Paulista in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clemente Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruninho Mangueira was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Bolicho SS defense, Nando Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Luiz Paulista. The Bolicho SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Luiz Paulista should have stopped the shot. Evaristo França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luiz Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nando Barreto's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. After 73 minutes, Felipe Terra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolicho SS and the Vieiras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, one of Bolicho SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bolicho SS. The referee gave Vieiras FC a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Juvenal Senna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bolicho SS's Pedro Luiz Paulista. 5-0. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolicho SS's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Paulista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
