The wind increased when Dudu Moreno made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dudu Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kmex Csersona's Wilian Ferraz got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Escapole SC's Mauro Zonta got control of the ball when Wilian Ferraz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Escapole SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Velasco to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Kmex Csersona's zone, Dudu Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. William Alvarenga came out of the goal and Dudu Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Zonta was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Wilian Ferraz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilian Ferraz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Escapole SC's Mauro Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Massa in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute Edmundo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Ferraz got free with Mauro Zonta in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilian Ferraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wilian Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilian Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Zonta having to interfere.
