Edmundo Arce hit a great ball. Júlio Mandrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Nelson Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Júlio Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Oliveira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Júlio Mandrak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Olimpas Football AC's Adelino Prestes got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Carlos Eduardo Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Futebol e Cerveja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Eduardo Pereira couldn't finish the play. Olimpas Football AC's Júlio Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Eduardo Pereira in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Carlos Eduardo Pereira made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Nelson Oliveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Júlio Mandrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Nelson Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Nelson Oliveira notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Olimpas Football AC's Júlio Mandrak. Júlio Mandrak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the game, Carlos Eduardo Pereira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0.
