When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vito Neto made a kick off. In the 87th minute of the game, Magno Vasconcelos landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Vito Neto fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aprazivel's protests and gave Vito Neto a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulão Pinho in the 94th minute of play forced Aprazivel's goalkeeper Diogo de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
