Thomás Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 31 minutes, Thomás Barral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porvir and the benguers nela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Porvir got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Barral. In the 32nd minute, Inácio Dionísio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 37 minutes, Silas Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porvir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silas Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernani Sá couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, benguers nela's Fernando Madureira got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernani Sá got free with Agnaldo de Amaral in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inácio Dionísio made a kick off. Fernandinho Arce was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Inácio Dionísio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 56 minute of play. If Silas Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silas Britto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agnaldo de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Porvir's zone, Pedro Luiz Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernandinho Arce came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agnaldo de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Sá in the 73rd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, benguers nela's Pedro Luiz Donato sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernandinho Arce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cícero Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cícero Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Betinho Oliveira's late challenge caught a Porvir's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Betinho Oliveira helped the player get up and apologised. Betinho Oliveira hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
