Cauan Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Ernani Pirani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauan Campidelis. Indaval's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernani Pirani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cauan Campidelis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernani Pirani went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 26 played minutes Indaval got a freekick which was hit by Léo Gonçalves. Arnaldo Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walmir dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léo Gonçalves in the 31st minute of play. Walmir dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Reis in the 32nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Perivaldo Reis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indaval's supporters rose to their feet, but Perivaldo Reis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walmir dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reinaldo Pereira's late challenge caught a Olinda F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinaldo Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. Cauan Campidelis came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Olinda F.C's Ernani Pirani. But to his dismay, Ernani Pirani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 43 minutes, Mateus Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olinda F.C and the Indaval players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Olinda F.C got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Torres. Cauan Campidelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Ferreira in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Perivaldo Reis was the one to do the kick off. If Geovanni Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes into the match, Olinda F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Reis came free, but Walmir dos Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olinda F.C's Betão Ferreira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cauan Campidelis but with some difficulty. Betão Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Olinda F.C booed when Indaval was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlinhos Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Ernani Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walmir dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The referee ignored Olinda F.C's protests and gave Luís de Queirós a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Olinda F.C's Luís de Queirós got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Léo Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Indaval booed when Olinda F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betão Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Olinda F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
