Spectators: 7289 (Terracing: 5469, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Barbosa started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Franjo Martinović put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nelsinho Penha. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dino Garcia got free with Nelsinho Penha in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pirainha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Franjo Martinović scored to the left of an out of position Nelsinho Penha, making the score, 2-0. João Buracão FC's Dino Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute of the match, Dino Garcia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nelsinho Penha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. João Buracão FC's Franjo Martinović got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Garcia in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nelsinho Penha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 29 minutes, Enrique Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirainha and the João Buracão FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Enrique Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsinho Penha was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Franjo Martinović capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franjo Martinović really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 33rd minute Franjo Martinović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Nelsinho Penha managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when João Buracão FC's Dino Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nelsinho Penha made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Dino Garcia sent off a good shot on target. Franjo Martinović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th match minute, Pirainha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Nelsinho Penha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Garcia in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franjo Martinović stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Franjo Martinović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 played minutes Pirainha got a freekick which was hit by David Santana. After 59 minutes, David Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirainha and the João Buracão FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pirainha's David Santana got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Dino Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nelsinho Penha didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when João Buracão FC's Franjo Martinović shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franjo Martinović in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelsinho Penha saved Pirainha from getting behind. Arthur Cerezo charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arthur Cerezo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pirainha's Arthur Cerezo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 73 played minutes, João Buracão FC's Claudinei Secco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nelsinho Penha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in João Buracão FC reached it. Franjo Martinović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelsinho Penha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The João Buracão FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when João Buracão FC's Dino Garcia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 81st minute Franjo Martinović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelsinho Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Garcia in the 82nd minute of the match. Franjo Martinović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Penha having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Franjo Martinović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nelsinho Penha was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Nelsinho Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Garcia in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Pirainha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. In the 91stth minute of the game Dino Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirainha's Nelsinho Penha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. João Buracão FC fully deserved thier win.
