Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrézinho Lucas took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Wágner Alves came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Caxe EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wágner Alves couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's zone, André Luís Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Chaves came out of the goal and André Luís Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andrézinho Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Dida Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Luís Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Caxe EC's Andrézinho Lucas in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Luizão de Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrézinho Lucas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Dida Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 29 in the game by Andrézinho Lucas from a close distance when the talented Dida Chaves managed to make a qualified save. INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's players were relieved. André Luís Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dida Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Wágner Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Caxe EC booed when INIMIGOS DO FIM FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Baiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio da Silva in the 38th minute of play forced Caxe EC's goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Caxe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio da Silva came free, but Carlos Alberto Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Caxe EC's Evandro Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dida Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júlio da Silva to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, André Luís Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caxe EC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luís Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's Wilson de Azevedo got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 60th minute, INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's Júlio da Silva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Alberto Soares. Carlos Alberto Soares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Denílson Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Chaves having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão de Queiroz in the 67th minute of the match. Felippe Barros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dida Chaves. INIMIGOS DO FIM FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carlos Alberto Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho das Neves in the 78th minute of the match. Caxe EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of INIMIGOS DO FIM FC for a fine match.
