Emílio do Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Rosa's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Caxanga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Vander came free, but Emílio do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Caxanga FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Marcelinho de Queiroz hit a great ball. Caxanga FC's Emílio do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José Vander in the 39th minute of play. Paulo José Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Eduardo Rosa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Caxanga FC's Emílio do Nascimento.
