Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldinho Batista took the kick off in the first half of the match. Manfredo de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ronaldinho Batista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Pitta was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Cipriano Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Batista in the 9th minute of play. Manfredo de Toledo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the game, one of Ouricurituba SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ulisses Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cipriano Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Ronaldinho Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ronaldinho Batista came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the sales oliveira fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Batista couldn't finish the play. Víktor Magalhães came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Ouricurituba SS's Danilo Tavares. But to his dismay, Danilo Tavares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cipriano Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulisses Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 48 minutes, Ulisses Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. sales oliveira fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danilo Tavares made a kick off. Danilo Tavares might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Víktor Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danilo Tavares ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Manfredo de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ouricurituba SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Manfredo de Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Víktor Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Ouricurituba SS's Cipriano Pitta got control of the ball when Ulisses Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th play minute Ulisses Azevedo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cipriano Pitta. 1-1. 85 minutes into the match, Ouricurituba SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Batista came free, but Cipriano Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldinho Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Batista in the 97th minute of play forced Ouricurituba SS's goalkeeper Cipriano Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
