Hílton Bastos hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Gino das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Schmidt in the 4th minute of play. Douglas Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Toscano in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Campeira AD's Lenílson Goiano got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Betão Cearense shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Douglas Mattos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lino Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Wilian Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino das Neves having to interfere. When Wilian Schmidt fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caieiras FC's protests and gave Wilian Schmidt a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Caieiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilian Schmidt. Hílton Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Mattos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hílton Bastos's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Gino das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilian Schmidt in the 28th minute. Caieiras FC's Douglas Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Goiano in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Romero in the 31st minute of play forced Caieiras FC's goalkeeper Douglas Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Toscano in the 34th minute of play. In the 41st minute Lenílson Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Campeira AD's Pedro Romero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Mattos was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Campeira AD's Enrique Toscano in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caieiras FC's goalie prevented a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Toscano made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Campeira AD's Enrique Toscano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Douglas Mattos. Douglas Mattos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Afonsinho Antunes hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Hílton Bastos could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Douglas Mattos however easily saved by the left post. When Hílton Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Campeira AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hílton Bastos couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Wilian Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gino das Neves. Campeira AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilian Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Hílton Bastos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Douglas Mattos made a huge save. Wilian Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hílton Bastos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 75th playminute. 81 minutes into the match, Caieiras FC's goalkeeper Douglas Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hílton Bastos. Douglas Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonsinho Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hílton Bastos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Douglas Mattos made a huge save. Felippe Maia hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Douglas Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Toscano in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Enrique Toscano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Douglas Mattos. Enrique Toscano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Enrique Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Mattos having to interfere. Campeira AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
