Spectators: 7185 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Demonio da Garoa's Bebeto Albuquerque got a free kick in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Quaresma during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Pucurina AD got a freekick which was hit by Zé Quaresma. The audience was convinced that Mazinho Souto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valério Lopes was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Pucurina AD's Rodolfo de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pucurina AD's Valério Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Pucurina AD from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Tiago Gabriel Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demonio da Garoa's Mazinho Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pucurina AD's Waldemar Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Demonio da Garoa booed when Pucurina AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute Waldemar Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Custódio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match, Waldemar Veiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miguel Custódio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Waldemar Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Demonio da Garoa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazinho Souto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodolfo de Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Custódio having to interfere. Ramón Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
