Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fabinho Mazza made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Pucurina AD's Tiago Gabriel Romero got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 11th minute, Pucurina AD's Kléberson Nogueira seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kléberson Nogueira the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pucurina AD protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kléberson Nogueira had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 11th minute, one of Pucurina AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pucurina AD. When Fabinho Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Canaan SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabinho Mazza couldn't finish the play. Thomás França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Canaan SS's Claudinei Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Canaan SS's Thomás França got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Pucurina AD's Valério Lopes got control of the ball when Thomás França tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabinho Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás França in the 39th minute of play forced Pucurina AD's goalkeeper Valério Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Pucurina AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Gabriel Romero to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo de Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pucurina AD's Valério Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomás França in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Fabinho Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Thomás França was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canaan SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucurina AD the free kick. After 55 played minutes Canaan SS got a freekick which was hit by Thomás França. After a rather tough play, Canaan SS's Ulysses Castro got a free kick in the 57th minute. Fabinho Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonsinho Brasil made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Rodolfo de Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Canaan SS's Afonsinho Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Canaan SS from getting a goal against them. Valério Lopes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomás França's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Zé Quaresma notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Canaan SS's Afonsinho Brasil. Afonsinho Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Pucurina AD's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho Mazza came free, but Valério Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Marcus da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Canaan SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus da Silva couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Tiago Gabriel Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Canaan SS's Aloísio Velloso got a free kick in the 89th minute.
