Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Delfim Lopes kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Delfim Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's supporters rose to their feet, but Delfim Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Adolfo do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's Doni Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro from getting a goal against them. After 12 minutes of play, Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's Delfim Lopes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Adolfo do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Adolfo do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Moacir's Ronaldão Gomes got a free kick in the 16th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Zézinho Viana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doni Amaral. That made the score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's goalkeeper Doni Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Chaves. Delfim Lopes took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Adolfo do Vale. João Adolfo do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delfim Lopes in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Adolfo do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's Doni Amaral got control of the ball when Arnaldo Chaves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Chaves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Doni Amaral skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gil Affonso hit a great ball. Arnaldo Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Amaral having to interfere. After the first half Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zézinho Viana made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Moacir's zone, Amadeu Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Adolfo do Vale came out of the goal and Amadeu Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the match, Moacir's goalkeeper João Adolfo do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeu Berger. In the 56th minute, Delfim Lopes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Adolfo do Vale. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 60th match minute, Moacir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Donatello to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro's Geovani Faria tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. João Adolfo do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastião Jacinto in the 64th minute. Zézinho Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl Soeiro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Sebastião Jacinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Adolfo do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Arnaldo Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Zézinho Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moacir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Marcinho Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. João Adolfo do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doni Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Chaves's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. João Adolfo do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Jacinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Gil Affonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mosqueteiro Alvi Negro players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
