Tião Chaves didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Juventus de Turim's Egídio Lima shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to Juventus de Turim getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Elano Monteiro hit a great ball. If Egídio Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

In the 59th minute, Murilo Paraense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Egídio Lima got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 69 minutes in the game, Egídio Lima fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tião Chaves having to interfere. The supporters of Juventus de Turim booed when Marada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino França didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Egídio Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egídio Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Murilo Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus de Turim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murilo Paraense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Egídio Lima's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tião Chaves firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 81st minute, Egídio Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Cauan Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A collision led to Marada getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Waldemar Guedes hit a great ball. Tião Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cauan Prestes in the 85th minute. When the match was over Juventus de Turim could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Marada throughout the match.
