Luiz Guilherme Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Melo having to interfere. Ezequiel Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Rafinha Lago fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iuna SC's protests and gave Rafinha Lago a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Iuna SC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rafinha Lago hit a great ball. Sérgio Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deivid Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Sérgio Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ezequiel Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Luiz Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Deivid Melo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Rafinha Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Melo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Iuna SC's Rafinha Lago got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Sérgio Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 played minutes Iuna SC got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Silveira. Rafinha Lago hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Largo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maurinho Loureiro to strike the kick off in the second half. When Maurinho Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Largo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurinho Loureiro couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Iuna SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Iuna SC:s Ezequiel Nóbrega showed great skill when he stopped Raphael Queiroz:s penalty. In the 60th minute, Abelardo Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luiz Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Iuna SC's Luiz Furtado in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Largo's goalie prevented a goal. Sérgio Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Nóbrega having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Rafinha Lago made a precise shot to the right of Deivid Melo. Largo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Luiz Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Melo having to interfere. Luiz Guilherme Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafinha Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
