Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Júlio Abraão got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Fojo FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Valério Vidal hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Fojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Abraão came free, but Raúl de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percival Valadares in the 7th minute of play forced Corrida's goalkeeper Willian Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fojo FC booed when Corrida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Válbson Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Percival Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Pedro Luiz Melo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corrida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fojo FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Corrida's Pedro Luiz Melo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Raúl de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Percival Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rdth minute of the game Júlio Abraão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fojo FC's Raúl de Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raúl de Medeiros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Júlio Abraão showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Fojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Abraão came free, but Raúl de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiago Gabriel Furtado hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Percival Valadares to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Júlio Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Percival Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Prado having to interfere. Tiago Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match Aílton Fernandez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raúl de Medeiros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Leopoldo Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Raúl de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Corrida's Pedro Luiz Melo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 71 minutes into the match, Corrida's goalkeeper Willian Prado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Percival Valadares. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Abraão couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Fojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Abraão came free, but Raúl de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raúl de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor de Toledo in the 89th minute of the match. Raúl de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Fojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Lago. Fojo FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
