In the 13th minute Joélson Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmar Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chicão da Costa in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Flavinho Tavares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Albertino Moreira. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Meira in the 27th minute of play forced Futbol Club Taco's goalkeeper Osmar Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavinho Tavares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albertino Moreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Flavinho Tavares slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 29th minute. Alex Balestra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Mota having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Taco's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Prestes came free, but Osmar Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osmar Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu Teixeira in the 41st minute of the match. Jano Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benedito Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osmar Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osmar Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Nóbrega in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavinho Tavares to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Romeu Teixeira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osmar Mota, 2-2. Osmar Mota was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Cléber Meira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cléber Meira really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The Forcador FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. 75 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Taco's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Meira came free, but Osmar Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Taco's goalkeeper Osmar Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chicão da Costa. With a little luck, Futbol Club Taco's Osmar Mota got control of the ball when Alex Balestra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Túlio Nóbrega charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Túlio Nóbrega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Forcador FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Túlio Nóbrega hit a great ball. The supporters of Futbol Club Taco booed when Forcador FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Mathias Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Taco's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Nóbrega came free, but Osmar Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Chicão da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osmar Mota. Futbol Club Taco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chicão da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. 95 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Taco's goal looked a bit too open when Romeu Teixeira came free, but Osmar Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
