Lino Campidelis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Forcador FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hortêncio Trigo was the one to do the kick off. Lino Campidelis was a little too slow when Tales Pitta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. Albertino Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 played minutes Forcador FC got a freekick which was hit by Tales Pitta. Elano Nogueira took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albertino Moreira. Albertino Moreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Albertino Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Forcador FC's goalkeeper Albertino Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chicão da Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Lino Campidelis made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Balestra got free with Lino Campidelis in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Forcador FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Trigo came free, but Albertino Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chicão da Costa in the 90th minute of play. Lino Campidelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Pitta in the 91st minute of the match. The Brava AD fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Brava AD's Hortêncio Trigo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Forcador FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Forcador FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
