Olavo Prado came out of the goal and Cauan Pirani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nuno Resende struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Olavo Prado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitumirim. 11 minutes into the match, Cauan Pirani notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ideal futebol Clube's Olavo Prado. Olavo Prado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Bitumirim's Cristóvão Neto got a free kick in the 15th minute. Olavo Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Cerezo in the 20th minute of play. Olavo Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Resende, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Cauan Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When Cauan Pirani came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Bitumirim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauan Pirani couldn't finish the play. Thiago Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Fred Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nuno Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olof Abrahamsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the game, one of Bitumirim:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luiz Eduardo Vieira made a great header on Ideal futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Bitumirim's Fred Zanette managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristóvão Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Olavo Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Yuri Cerezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bitumirim's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
