Délio Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cauã Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Bardo EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Loureiro couldn't finish the play. Jeferson de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Britto in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wágner Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute Ediberto Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wágner Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Edmundo Britto put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wágner Pereira. Hélder Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Adelino Mumbach's late challenge caught a San Marino Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adelino Mumbach helped the player get up and apologised. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edmundo Britto made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bardo EC's Adelino Mumbach got a free kick in the 54th minute. Edmundo Britto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Wágner Pereira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edmundo Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Wágner Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinei Teles was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of San Marino Fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bardo EC:s goal. Délio Trevisan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Wágner Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bardo EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauã Loureiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito Xavier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Elói Salgado fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Marino Fc's protests and gave Elói Salgado a yellow card for diving instead. Elói Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Bardo EC's Wágner Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Trevisan in the 88th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Délio Trevisan rounded Bardo EC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. San Marino Fc played a much better game than Bardo EC and deserved their victory. The Bardo EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
