José Paulo Correia might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aílton Ribeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Paulo Correia ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the match, Andrezinho F.C's goalkeeper Aílton Ribeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Correia. Renan Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisinho Matorin having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Renan Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisinho Matorin. Dark Side Rock Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Aílton Ribeiro was a little too slow when José Paulo Correia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-2. If Rogério da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renan Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisinho Matorin came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Andrezinho F.C's Rogério da Costa. But to his dismay, Rogério da Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Renan Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisinho Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogério da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Luisinho Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute Renan Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The supporters of Dark Side Rock Club booed when Andrezinho F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that José Paulo Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aílton Ribeiro was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 64th minute of the match Andrezinho F.C got a corner. Dark Side Rock Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jano Félix ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Andrezinho F.C's Jano Félix to fire away a dangerous shot which Luisinho Matorin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zé Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match, Renan Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luisinho Matorin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 69th minute of the match Andrezinho F.C got a corner. Dark Side Rock Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jano Félix ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 71st minute of the match Jano Félix sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisinho Matorin skillfully saved the ball. Luisinho Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Zé Cordeiro's late challenge caught a Andrezinho F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Cordeiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Zé Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldão Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dark Side Rock Club's zone, Renan Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisinho Matorin came out of the goal and Renan Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Ulisses Pereira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luisinho Matorin, passed just outside the right post. If Rogério da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrezinho F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
