Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valdir Vander got the match started through his kick off. Júlio França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 13 played minutes Nazareth AD got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Maciel. João Francisco de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valdir Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Francisco de Alcântara in the 24th minute of play forced Chafariz's goalkeeper Miguel Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Francisco de Alcântara took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Mattos. Miguel Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Marquez got free with Miguel Mattos in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Alfredo Marquez made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Mattos. Chafariz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Mateus Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Júlio França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Marquez took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Mattos. Miguel Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Júlio França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdir Vander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio França read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdir Vander in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio França saved Nazareth AD from getting behind. A collision led to Nazareth AD getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zé Pedro Nogueira hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Valdir Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcinho de Amaral's late challenge caught a Chafariz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcinho de Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Nazareth AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcinho de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Chico Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Marquez in the 69th minute of play forced Chafariz's goalkeeper Miguel Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alfredo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Francisco de Alcântara scored 4-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Mattos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th match minute, Chafariz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Prata to maneuver through the defense. Nazareth AD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Valdir Vander scored to the left of an out of position Júlio França, making the score, 4-1. Miguel Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Marquez in the 84th minute of the match. Nazareth AD's João Francisco de Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Chafariz's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Marquez came free, but Miguel Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Alfredo Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Miguel Mattos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nazareth AD had won after a very even match.
