The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Torpedo F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Albuquerque came free, but Richard Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Borges came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ubiracu's Filipe da Mata. But to his dismay, Filipe da Mata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Filipe da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Richard Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sydney Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Matías Recife acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wesley Oliveira. If Sydney Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Edson Vianna made the kick off in the second half. Walmyr Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. C.'s Walmyr Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Sydney Albuquerque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpedo F. C.'s Richard Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ubiracu's zone, Edson Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matías Recife came out of the goal and Edson Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Richard Borges managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Ubiracu's Sydney Albuquerque fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 72 minutes into the match, Torpedo F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Albuquerque came free, but Richard Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe da Mata scored 0-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Borges, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matías Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Faustão Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the match, Sydney Albuquerque tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Richard Borges saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Filipe da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sydney Albuquerque did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Richard Borges 96 minutes into the match. The Ubiracu players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
