If Jonathan Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ribeiro's late challenge caught a FC Zinneck 2009's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Ribeiro helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Bocoroca SS's Marco Almeida got control of the ball when Luís Quintal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second Marco Almeida throw himself and got hold of the ball when Olívio Cavalcante in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Marco Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olívio Cavalcante in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of FC Zinneck 2009 booed when Bocoroca SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edinho Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 66th minute, Edinho Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dé Pombal came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Bocoroca SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Pombal couldn't finish the play. Pedro Paulo Eger kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Bocoroca SS's Murillo Coelho threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonathan Ribeiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 78th minute, Dé Pombal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bocoroca SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 93 minutes into the game, FC Zinneck 2009's Luís Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Almeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bocoroca SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
