Dino Sabóia started the match with the kick off. Adelino de Queirós made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 4thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Gabriel Motta would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Adelino de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gabriel Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta got control of the ball when Adelino de Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurício Toledo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Motta came out and tried to block the shot, but Maurício Toledo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Maga de Indaial's Zézinho do Nascimento got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Adelino de Queirós ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Adelino de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vânderson do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Paiva having to interfere. Adelino de Queirós's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Gabriel Motta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Martins F.C's goalkeeper Gabriel Motta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adelino de Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Motta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adelino de Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Martins F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Braga, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Zézinho do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Maga de Indaial fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zézinho do Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Adelino de Queirós blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Motta having to make a save. When Adelino de Queirós got free in front of the goal in the 67th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Gabriel Motta was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Adelino de Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Motta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adelino de Queirós's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Motta was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. If Adelino de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Maurício Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Maga de Indaial fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurício Toledo couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino de Queirós in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Motta saved Martins F.C from getting behind. Gabriel Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Toledo in the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Martins F.C getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. José Paulo Antunes hit a great ball. Gabriel Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino de Queirós in the 88th minute of play. Maurício Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maga de Indaial's Reinaldo Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Maga de Indaial from getting a goal against them. Maga de Indaial walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
